The people of Arizona have made it clear that abortion is an issue which should be decided by the voters, not the legislature or the courts. I supported the immediate repeal of the 1864 territorial abortion law and have encouraged multiple ballot measures to be sent to the people in order to have Arizonans decide the abortion laws of the land.
A focus of mine as your Representative will be ensuring that young women facing the challenges of motherhood have all the support they need to choose life: including quality pre-natal care, parenting classes, and financial support where necessary.
